I've decided to start a blog to assist me on my quest to get healthy and happy!
So, here's a little about me:
- I'm currently a pescetarian, but I'm hoping to shift to vegetarianism and some day down the line, veganism!
- I don't like to weigh myself often, and I won't be recording my weight on this blog.
- I don't like sauce or gravy or salad dressing or any of that "good stuff" which makes my diet very boring to some.
- I don't have a specific exercise routine although I'm very up for trying new things!
- I'm not interested in going on crazy, hard diets, I'm more interested in cleaning up how I eat and doing what's right for my body even if it takes a little longer.
This blog will mostly be food I've prepared, exercises that I feel help me and some posts about how to improve my mood.
